By creating an account on ABOS ("the Service"), operated by Renderon ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at renderon.net/abos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ABOS is a business management platform providing tools including revenue tracking, analytics, automation, document generation, task management, and business insights. The Service is offered under a freemium model with a paid Advanced plan.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@renderon.net of any unauthorized use.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Advanced features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, access is automatically reduced to the Free plan unless a subscription is activated.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Renderon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service temporarily. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@renderon.net. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renderon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
